According to related laws, Library Textbook and Publication Division (TPD) orders all textbooks from authorized import and export corporations but not from publishers. Therefore, the price of each textbook is determined by the order quantities. The more copies we order, the lower the price is. Moreover, different book dealers will bid for the orders with different quoted price. TPD will select the cheapest quoted price and place orders with the dealer.
