During each academic year, students will deposit 2000 RMB in Non-tuition Fee Account, which contains but not limited to textbook fee. During each May, library and Finance Office will deduct ALL MANDATORY TEXTBOOK FEE, collected optional textbook and calculators’ fee according to textbook collection record. When all calculated textbook fee and miscellaneous fees are deducted, the rest of deposit fee will be returned to students’ bank account automatically.

(1)For undergraduate students, textbook fee will be calculated by Library TPD and students will be notified by Student Affairs Office via e-mail to confirm charged items of Non-tuition Fee before the end of May in each academic year;

(2)For postgraduate students, textbook fee will be calculated by Library TPD and students will be notified by Registry via e-mail to confirm charged items of Non-tuition Fee before they graduate;

(3)For withdrawal students, textbook fee settlement shall be completed before they leave the University;

Students can contact textbook@xjtlu.edu.cn for any query about textbook fee within the announced deadline. Overdue refund requests will not be accepted.
