You will not be able to renew an item if:

  • You have overdue items or fines in your account.
  • You have reached maximum renewal quota (5 times for UG and PG students, unlimited times for staff and PhDs)

  • The item is not allowed to be renewed such as course reserves.

  • The item is reserved by others or recalled by the Library.
