We suggest that you purchase the item by yourself and then get the reimbursement from the Library. But before you try self-purchase, read the Library Policy on Staff Self-Purchase Reimbursement in advance and fill in the Staff Reimbursement Request Form for faculty purchase reimbursement. Send the request form to for approval. After your request is approved, you may purchase the books by yourself.

Please note that do NOT purchase materials before getting approved.
