If you are registered XJTLU students and staff’s relatives or friends, please visit the Library accompanied by the student or staff. The allowed visitation duration for relatives and friends is ONE hour. The maximum number of visitors is 5. If there are more than 5 people, please refer to 'group visiting'. Use your ID card to obtain a Library visiting card at the security guard point, or ask the XJTLU staff/student who will accompany you to apply for a visitor name and password at the Library Service Counter.
If you are alumni, you can enter and exit the Library by scanning your alumni card. If the alumni card fails to get you into the Library, please show it with a valid ID to the security guard to obtain a library access card at the entrance door of the Library. You can then activate your alumni card at the Library Service Counter on Level 3 in the Library.
For group visiting requested by external organizations, please contact Library Service Counter (Tel: 0512-88161291) for more details.
