Postgraduate Students and Undergraduate Students are allowed 5 renewals on each item. Academic Staff, administrative staff and PHD Students have unlimited renewals on borrowed books.
If a postgraduate student or undergraduate student has reached the maximum renewal limit but still needs to renew the book, it is recommended to first return the book to the Library Circulation Desk. The staff will then check whether the book has been reserved. If there are no reservations, the book can be renewed again, with the maximum renewal limit remaining five times.
