Renewal reminders are courtesy emails, but we encourage users not to rely on them but to develop the habit of checking 'My Library Record' regularly. As a result, if there is a technical issue preventing this email from being sent, we will NOT waive the fine.
If you have any problems renewing your books online, for example, if you have overdue books or if you have reached the renewal limit, please return your books to the Library. If no one has reserved your borrowed books, you will be able to borrow them again.
