Please understand that the Library's fines system is developed to try and ensure fair and equal access to the Library's holdings but is not a way to punish people and make money. In some situations where there are mitigating circumstances (e.g. illness, bereavement), the charge for library fines is negotiable.
If you have any problems, contact library-service@xjtlu.edu.cn for help. You can also go to the Library Circulation Desk on the 3rd floor (Library in Central Building, North Campus) or on the 1st floor (Library in XJTLU Entrepreneur College(Taicang)) for help.
