If you have lost your student card, also known as your University membership card or University ID card, you will need to report the card loss as soon as possible, and then contact One-Stop Office for a replacement of card.

There are two ways to report the card loss:

1. Go to the Library Circulation Desk on the 3rd floor (SIP Campus) or on the 1st floor (Taicang campus) to report the card loss.

2. You can report card loss through Library Catalogue System (OPAC). After logging into your account you can find the  loss report section under “My Lib”.

While a new card is being issued for you, you can use XJTLU APP to scan XJTLU Identity QR Code to enter and exit the Library.
