All the LibAnswers tickets will be handled through our reference service system. In general, we'll provide a reply within one working day and you will receive the reply by email.

If you are not able to receive our reply, it is most likely that you have entered a wrong email address. For example, some students will enter their email addresses incorrectly, such as xxx18@xjtlu.edu.cn, xxx18@student.xjtlu.cn, or xxx@student.xjtlu.edu.cn. They will not be able to receive our ticket replies. 

Make sure that you have enter the correct email address when submitting the ticket. If our librarians have created a ticket for you during your LibChat online chat, then you have to make sure that you have provided your email address when you start the chat, or you can tell your email address to the librarian during your chat.
