According to the University’s Policy on Funding Publication in Open-Access Journals, the budget to support OA publishing is centralized through each school. For the University OA budget-related issues, please consult your school/academy.
As of now, the domestic open access publishing agreement is still in the initial stage of development, with a considerable number of publishers yet to demonstrate a comprehensive awareness and commitment to fostering open access publishing in China. Therefore, we currently only have read and publish agreements with several publishers. You may refer to the Open Access Guide for more details.
