The answer is No.

Digital resource requests from Schools/Academies are considered as part of the Library’s annual resource budget planning, which operates under a fixed budget cap. Please note that the Library is unable to acquire every recommended resource due to considerations of information sustainability and budgetary constraints.

All digital resource subscriptions must comply with relevant government regulations, the University Procurement Management Policy, and the XJTLU Library Electronic Resources Development and Management Policy. Additionally, there is a rigorous evaluation and review system for the procurement of foreign publications and databases. Therefore, the Library cannot guarantee that all requested resources will be successfully subscribed.
