The answer is No.
Library is unable to purchase all of the digital resources that users would like to propose in terms of information overload and budget limitation.
The digital resources subscription procedure has to be in accord with the government regulations, University Procurement Management Policy, and XJTLU Digital Collection Development and Management Policy. There is a strict review system for the import of foreign publications and databases and the Library can’t guarantee all the requests could be subscribed successfully.
