How do I give feedback or make a complaint?

The library welcomes feedback, and is open to any suggestions or comments which can help to improve our services.

Or you can contact us via email: library-service@xjtlu.edu.cn.We will make sure that your email is passed on to the appropriate library division and a prompt response will be send to you.

The library reserves the right to make suggestions, complaints and our replies public if we feel that it would be of interest to others. All personal information will be removed and your identity will not be disclosed.
