Why do FYPs/Dissertations need to be downloaded and then uploaded to LM Core?

 From an information security and access control perspective, the library does not have permission access to the Modules. Therefore, Module Leaders are required to download the FYPs/ Dissertations and upload them to the designated Dropbox created by the Library for preservation in LM Core.
