If you have reserved a book in Library Catalogue (OPAC), the first copy of the item will be held for you when it is returned (assuming you're the first person on the reservation list).

The current user of the item will receive an email stating that the book has been reserved by others. However, the current user of the book is not required to return the book to the Library until the due date.

A notification will be sent to you when the book being requested has been returned. Please go to Library Circulation Desk on the 3rd floor (Library in Central Building, North Campus) or on the 1st floor (Library in XJTLU Entrepreneur College(Taicang)) to check it out within 7 days. Otherwise the reservation will be automatically canceled.

Remember to cancel your reservation in 'My Lib' in Library Catalogue (OPAC) if you no longer need the book, so we can free it up for others.
