The reservation cannot be processed if :
- The item is NOT on loan.
- The item has already been checked out by you.
- The item is a Non-circulating item such as past exam papers and journals.
- The item is not allowed to be reserved such as course reserves.
- You have reached your Inter-Branch Delivery quota limit (8 items).
- An item itself has reached Inter-Branch Delivery limit (8 times).
- You have overdue items or fines in your account.
