The reservation cannot be processed if :

  • The item is NOT on loan.
  • The item has already been checked out by you.
  • The item is a non-circulating item such as journals.
  • The item is not allowed to be reserved such as course reserves.
  • You have reached your Inter-Branch Delivery quota limit (8 items).
  • An item itself has reached Inter-Branch Delivery limit (8 times).
  • You have overdue items in your account.
