The request cannot be processed if
- The item (non-Restricted Resources) has copies at the pickup location and is NOT on loan.
- The item has already been checked out by you.
- The item is a non-circulating item such as journals.
- The item is not allowed to be requested such as Course Reserves, Short Loan and DVDs.
- You have reached your Inter-Branch Delivery quota limit (8 items).
- The item itself has reached Inter-Branch Delivery limit (8 times).
- You have overdue items in your account.
