A reminder will be sent to you when the requested item(s) is/are ready for collection. Please go to the Library Circulation Desk （3rd floor at SIP Campus, 1st floor Taicang campus) at the selected pickup location to check it out within 7 days. Otherwise, the Inter-Branch Book Delivery request will be automatically cancelled.
Please note that failure to pick up the requested items for 3 times would result in temporary suspension of your Inter-Branch Book Delivery service privilege for 30 days.
You will receive an email notification for request cancellation if the requested item(s) cannot be found.
